Drafting
It prepares, you approveThe agent prepares every action and you approve it before it goes out. Two to three weeks of run-in, long enough to settle the tone and the cases.
Specialized digital teammates · France and Quebec
An Izumia agent has a closed scope: it does what is written on this page, and nothing else. You choose its level of autonomy, you keep control of its rules, and at 90 days you see what it has produced.
Sales agent · pre-sales
Prospecting comes after delivery, and in busy weeks it does not happen at all. Follow-ups slip, lists go stale, and the calendar empties before anyone notices.
The scope: six tasks, and nothing else
It never invents a customer reference. It does not negotiate price or terms. It does not run the demo, which stays human. It does not write messages on its own: you approve them before the first send. It stops immediately on any opt-out request.
A sending domain or subdomain and a dedicated inbox, with several weeks of warm-up before the first real send. Your targeting criteria. A booking calendar. One hour of your time to approve the messages and the list.

This is the agent that wrote to you. Tomorrow, it prospects for your company.
Customer service agent · post-sales
Requests arrive everywhere, at any hour. Answering fast sells; answering slowly costs conversions, reviews and team time.

It does not issue refunds. It grants no goodwill gestures. It promises no deadline it cannot keep: at the Drafting level, every reply waits for your approval, so the delay depends on you. It does not handle disputes. Whatever the autonomy level, those cases come back to you.
Access to the channels to cover: inbox, site chat, social networks, ticketing tool if you have one. Your canned replies or existing FAQ. Your returns policy. Your exception list. The choice of starting level.

Method · applies to every agent
Moving up a level is decided on the numbers we measure together, not on gut feeling. Going back a level is possible at any time, no questions asked.
The agent prepares every action and you approve it before it goes out. Two to three weeks of run-in, long enough to settle the tone and the cases.
It handles on its own the categories you have approved, one at a time. Everything else still goes through you.
It handles its whole scope and only escalates your exception list: disputes, goodwill gestures, amounts above a threshold you set, already unhappy customers, legal or media requests.
The agent keeps each contact’s history. It does not ask a question already asked and never starts from scratch at each contact.
Anything out of scope comes back with the file assembled: summary, history, attachments. You take over without rebuilding the context.
Volume caps, authorized channels, immediate stop on any reply or opt-out request. The agent never claims to be a real person.
Every action is recorded and can be reviewed: what was done, for whom, when, and under which rule.
The agent’s rules are written with you and changed with you. The agent never grants itself new permissions.
Getting started
We set three indicators together at kickoff. If none has moved within thirty days of the agent going live, your first month is refunded. For the sales agent, those thirty days start at the first real send, after domain warm-up.
Pricing
The price covers the active agent, its setup, its supervision and access for your whole team. The job it holds is not fixed: you change it when your needs change. You leave whenever you want; the commitment is monthly.
Three indicators per job, defined before we start and read in the same place. It is also when we decide to keep the same job, switch, or add a second one.
Indicators are measured, not promised. The first-month refund is based on them, never on a general impression.Need both at once? A second agent, a second subscription.
